Cool little spot! Awesome candles and some fun gifts. Wish they had some more Memphis specific stuff! Coffee options were amazing and staff was very friendly.

So delightful. It’s a cool location with an inviting outdoor area. Great coffee and pastries. I had probably the best latte and best vegan donut I’ve ever had.

What's better than cool temps, video games and good coffee! City and State has outdone themselves again with their fall flavors. The Orchard Latte and the PSL with Butter Pecan are delicious!!!

Hands down my favorite coffee shop in the city! They have great coffee, tasty baked goods, and lots of indoor and outdoor seating. They also have a super cute shop next door with well curated goods to peruse and explore.

I finished writing my thesis here. The wifi and the drinks are great. Many cute items in the boutique as well although I haven't bought anything there. I enjoyed the lemonade and the vanilla latte has a very unique, fresh flavor. I do not normally like or order vanilla lattes but after my husband got one here I was hooked and get one whenever I am in the area. They are dog friendly and have complimentary dog treats.

Consistently excellent coffee. Try the single origin espresso. I tried one of their single origin espressos that was co-fermented with hops and it was amazing. I will definitely go back.

Yea they coo. Neighborhood has some decent street art murals , cafe is chill and new ish. Also has a gift novelty store attached. Plant life is the good life

Check out City & State for a classic cappuccino or whatever specialty drink that strikes your fancy on your next coffee run! I promise they will not disappoint. Their cappuccino was strong and aromatic. Chefs kiss. The Mango Sticky Rice latte is not your typical mango and sticky rice--it is neither cloying sweet nor bland. The flavor profile of savory rice condiment sprinkled on top is such a creative novel take to the adored Asian drink. Bravo.
